Thread to talk about exercise. What exercise do YOu do leftypol?
I've been going to the gym for about a month now whcih has been great; thinking of taking up running but i've heard that that can fuck up your knees when you're older
My weekly workout regime is:
>upper body calistenics
>running
>abdominals
>upper body calistenics
>running
>abdominals
>rest day
In recent weeks I have been sticking to it maybe 50% of the time. Want to improve that.

treadmill 2.5mph for about two miles a day
none of what I do is optimal but small steps dawg. small steps.
