I am not opposed to people having personal transport for personal errands and for leisure. But having cities built around cars, necessitating cars, relying on cars and drivers for daily commuting is fucking retarded. Public transportation (specifically trains, buses are stopgaps) should be primary and the one you use to go to and from work. It's safer, (less tired, drunk, old, stupid drivers sharting all over the road), and more effcient (way less fuel and space used to transport people).
