And a lot of people often divorce when their kids are almost or already in early adulthood.

But tbh, I always felt that divorce is more a psychological state before it becomes a legal state.
Most families that divorce usually have the spouses living separately or spending a lot less time together long before the final legalization.

Also, with the way adults view kids as pets, that only encourages them to divorce even more
