The western pool of soldiers is shrinking as years pass by and they have to resort more and more to mercenaries. Meanwhile, BRICS pool of highly trained soldiers is increasing at a rapid pace. How do crackkkas cope with this?

Why do you think the West is investing so heavily in AI and automation uyghur? They know they don't have the willing volunteers required for a real war so they're putting everything into drones. See: Ukraine as a good example for the the future of Western warfare. There's probably at least 100 drones for every actual individual Ukrainian soldier on the ground.
