Isn't nuclear power basically an infinite energy glitch already?

Perpetual motion machines are real, since the sun is a constant source of radiation that can be converted into energy freely, forever.

No, because there's a limited amount of uranium and we'd run out in a few decades if adopted at scale. Theoretically you could filter out a lot more from the ocean, but we don't know how to do that yet. Thorium might last even longer, but I don't think we know how to do that yet.

Also, I don’t think perpetual motion machines may be an actuality because nothing lasts forever. Mass and energy are limited

In order to generate perpetual power, it requires something else to change its physical/chemical state. Unless you have a way of capturing byproduct material that can be instantly reverted back into fuel.
