- buy property, somewhere far away from the city, but not so far that going there would be a pain the ass. you don't wanna live innawoods, but you don't want to live in suburbia. you want a nice middle ground, i.e. semi-rural or on the outskirts of the city.
- figure out what you're going to do to be as self sufficient as possible; solar panels, a well, a septic tank, etc. there are a lot of (expensive) alternative lifestyle products that may help (or you may get scammed so be careful); things like waterless incinerating toilets that would circumvent the need for septic tank in the first place, etc.
- better stock up on bullets and learn to be a crackshot + invest all you time in learning how to be a fucking engineer, because unless you're epstein rich, you're gonna be wearing many hats - you're the janitor, the mechanic, the security force, the errand boy and the homeowner
- better keep yourself in shape because when you get old it's only gonna be you taking care of your old ass self. better get the most out of your life while you can and have an exit plan for when you're too old to fucking walk anymore. might have to set some money aside for euthanasia, unless you're find with slipping in the shower one day, getting knocked the fuck out and bleeding out on the bathroom floor. another obvious alternative is to arrange for a live-in nurse and/or elderly care services, that is, if you want to trust someone else with your care at that point.

level up lockpicking and thievery up until abt level 20 this should allow you to make easy money as a hobo plus you can always stay on the run to avoid police. AVOID combat even agaisnt other homeless people because you wont be able to defend yourself in the early game all that well without a party, most homeless people spent years grinding melee and will probably destroy you
once you have a sleeping tent and basic gear (just buy a stolen gun from the cartel) what i usually do is find a cemetery and hunt spirits for souls and grind hermeticism. this is an incredibly OP build and once you have enough souls you can realistically start acquiring strong spells

I don't want to grind alone or anything but boy do I wish everyone else would disappear. I probably wouldn't survive long but that's what I would most want in life to happen. That's my biggest fantasy other than sex. In fact I'll say that the only thing that would get me enthused about other people would be the chance of getting sex because you have to be social to acquire it. Otherwise I have little desire to be around others.
just isolate yourself for a long period and slowly go insane. eventually you will never desire to be around other people. it helps to develop a human "mask" to interact and blend in and for social opportunism. you can regulate your body with drugs (you want amphetamines or meth) to run on your own determined schedule. if you can keep going for days or weeks at a time, even better. eventually you will be super solomaxxed. you will be so cool and have so much money to wave around, you won't ever need to work a job, just lie and steal. you have superhuman strength now thanks to the meth, just make sure you appear totally normal so you don't scare the prey before it can get close. nobody is really looking. just don't think about it when you're doing it and get it over with. you'll be able to grind so much harder on meth. think of all the grinding you'll do. if you are serious about solomaxxing, you are going to need to go to prison (not jail) and do something to get yourself put in the SHU to really discipline your solomaxxing for when you get out. You'll NEVER want to be around people again :) and you'll have so much time to plot and think and grind.
some more advice OP: deliberately sabotage your relationships in order to solomax. burn bridges, start conflicts, and help others to solomax in the process. this is valuable practice, your grind. start practicing on your family. its clear that you're a little infant suckling on mommy's teat, so start there. get to grinding.
