overrated vegetable: lettuce kinda mid tbh. about all it's got going for it is that it's crunchy, but there's no flavor and it's mostly water. lettuce is the watermelon of vegetables, only at least watermelons are sweet.
worst vegetable: I don't really like squash, but it seems popular. I would say corn, but you said it's a fruit or something, and I'm just going to take your word for it because I'm too lazy to verify whether or not that's true.

Broccoli is great for salads or boiled/sautés
