Genuinely the normalization of pedophilia is kinda wild to me as an internet oldhead. Even channers used to heavily shut this down 10 years ago. Then I think it started with the normalization of cunnyposting on /tv/ and /a/ and then it just ballooned and now there are millions of pedos everywhere on the internet. What the fuck.

Previously, the main boogeyman for normies was gays. Homosexual relationships were used as incriminating evidence to control prominent figures (especially politicians). They obviously didn't like this, and they launched a program to legalize and protect gay rights (it's naive to think that homosexuality was accepted because of a couple of fag riots).
Now history is repeating itself, and to nullify incriminating evidence, politicians are starting to legalize pedophilia - including through memes.
However, I'm not saying that homophobia and pedohysteria are the norm; politicians are simply pursuing their own goals and only accidentally making someone's life better.
