You know, I think the second option suits me best, because I want to create political shitposts, but I also want to escape politics. If anything happens, I can simply delete or abandon the political channel.

Create a seemingly non-political channel and get a big audience, then start slowly getting more political. Before they know it they'll be agreeing with everything you say because it feels familiar. If you come across as political face-first, people will get scared (specially if you are very radical).

One channel for everything, except maybe livestream VODs unless you're a vTuber where streaming is your main thing. The channel-per-topic thing is a relic of an older version of the algorithm.

youtube tends to try to pigeonhole a channel based on content so if you have a wide enough variety it's probably a good idea to segment it somewhat. this applies more to format than subject matter though, so it makes more sense to like separate video essays from lifestyle blogs from streams vs like separating based on content being political or not.

If you're just doing YouTube for yourself I'd say just stick everything on one channel. But if you're doing it since you wanna make money off of it, I'd say do what >>815913 and >>815919 say and segment stuff.

Also, if you wanna do it for money, you gotta treat it like a business. Have a niche, have a consistent format/release schedule, do collabs, have a business plan and a marketing strategy, and always look for a way to improve those things, etc…
