just looked it up. the maltese armed forces only has 1.5k active personnel. should be easy pickings to farm xp and later we can take over the city and establish ourselves as the new warrior elite.

there is only 1 problem. malta is in the EU

Ukraine is the easiest. It's a corrupt shithole with Africa-level GDP-per-capita. It should be easy for anyone to conquer it, any great power would steamroll it in 3 days.
