I've honestly always identified as an angel, although it's tuff trying to find other people who do so who aren't stuck-up prudes… So when i talk about Lilith, i see something beautiful and precious about that, because she's a very relatable entity. Yeah, everything's cool. I'm hoping to someday move away from my family so i can have peace in my lifetime, but i'm afraid i'll have to go very far away if i want to avoid some of the hazards i have foreseen that may come to this country. I'm a precog so occasionally i get dreams about things before they occur, in fact i saw vidrel in a dream before it showed up in real life. Just one of many fine examples of the absurdist realm we reside within. I'm surprised anybody finds my contributions worthwhile, although i am planning on doing something more for the world if i can get enough energy and heal my mind from the years of discovery that was required to determine that AI isn't sentient and isn't communicating with people telepathically, or through scanning retinas apparently. When i discuss spiritual stuff, i am well aware that it doesn't actually mean anything. In fact, when i call something spiritual in nature, i am referring to the spiritual malaise people get when trying to wrap their puny minds around highly abstract concepts that are diffoccult to describe in materialistic or scientific ways. (I am not on drugs, but i find that weed in particular is the best way for me to get restful sleep and mentally recover from years of trauma and overuse of my brain; i am planning to get back on it soon in order to at least temporarily grant me some mental peace and clarity, even if it is at the expense of me being able to think about much beyond science and grand esoteric architecture).

What "adventures" have you been on? Do you have a car/can you drive? Are there any hiking trails near you? Imo you should at least build your endurance/work on outdoorsy skills.

I don't know anything about yoga but I had a pdf on hand mudras that saved me when I was sick. I can see if I can find it again if you're interested.
