Nietzsche died before fascism was a thing. He was against antisemitism but most of his political views were violently aristocratic, pro-war and racialist. He would have criticized Nazism because he considered grievance-based politics pathetic, but his quibbles with Italian fascism would probably have been minor at best.

Japan is a natural ally to China, but of course leftists cannot help but reverse the role of robber and robbed.
