The cone snail "Conidae" Is a genus of extremely venomous sea snails that possess a venom that contains a mixture Peptides and Conopeptides "Conotoxins" that are delivered via a harpoon like tooth, the toxins when delivered to a victim block nerve signals which results in severe paralysis and respiratory failure within hours of getting bit. There is no known antivenom for the cone snail's venom. The cone snail feeds on fish and other mollusks including other snails which they use their venom to paralyze before they consume.
Cone snails are remarkably slow, traveling only about 0.03mph. However, they can shoot their harpoon out from their stretchy probuscus at a blinding speed of 53mph.
