yeah so like, I hate my life and wish I could be a bourgeoisie like XYZ social media influencer because they get attention and affirmation and money and comfort and sex and I get nothing.

>6 month waiting list to get a finasteride prescriptionSo this is what being trans is like…
Also found 8€ equivalent banknote on a ground today, when wallet is completely empty, so I can go buy peanut butter and some frozen fruit for tomorrow's breakfast.
>>817994This but completely without a shred of irony.
Did you know you can survive on beans and rice? I've legitimately gone months on end where that was all I ate. For my fellow poor's, this is a lifesaver. Prolly would've starved without it, or gotten stupid high blood pressure from eating ramen.
>>818142Trve but I would add in some rotating vegetables once in a while so it doesn’t get too boring, onions and lettuce are pretty cheap
>>818145When it comes to vegetable nutritional content, frozen spinach is probably the best bang for your buck, 1kg can be bought for 1€ when at discount.
>>818142Lentils tend to be even cheaper than beans, higher in protein, and easier to cook.
I regularly prepare filled flatbreads according to a chinese recipe. These can literally be made from just flour, water, some spices. vegetables and optionally meat.
>>818142Where i'm living flour appears to be the cheapest option there is in terms of calories. You can get a good pancake batter sans eggs if you mix flour and oatmeal 1:1 with some butter and let it rest in a bit of water for 15-20min. One serving (125g flour) should add up to about $0.2, frying and condiments excluded. I also made mandarin pancakes once, which are common in northern chinese cuisine and only require mixing flour with boiling water.
>>818221That chick you're imagining is probably riding the cock carousel at this moment.

>>818398It's the shitass music.
>>818264well at least he's making something that looks like it'd actually be edible and not wasting a steak by boiling it in fucking marshmallows or something stupid like that.
>>818264What is he making exactly?
>>818431>bell peppers>onions>garlic>sauteed>tomato sauce>some sort of herbs>some sort of bread crumbs or something>sake perhaps>egg>simmered>topped with feta cheese or maybe crackers or somethingit probably wouldn't be half bad but it also looks like some poor man's sloppa. also the song is cool and not shitass.
>>818264Embarrassingly performative.
>>818436but atleast he taught you how to doomermaxx, by using everything as a shot glass and igniting your ciggies with torches and the stove
ate an apple with roasted peanuts
Baked potatoes, fried vegetable and tofu scramble. Slightly oversalted, but turned out decent.
>>819465Seems kind of plain. You should try adding tofu to rice and frying it together, for extra protein content.
I think Ill make fried rice for my next meal, with some mushrooms and chickpeas.
>>819516FYI there are mushrooms, an onion, a clove of garlic, a few strips of chicken meat, two beateuyghs, a little sesame oil and a base of mirin in there. Maybe i should get a cabbage sometime too, i always wanted to try making yakisoba.
>baked potatoesThese look good! Mine are usually fried, since i don't have an oven. What's your potato seasoning? I usually add marjoram, paprika and plenty of salt and pepper at the end or sometimes i also keep frying them in a mix of shoyu and butter.
>>819566I first boil the potatoes in salty water so they soften a little. Then bake with the same seasoning as you do. Ocassionaly I also mix in chopped onions and garlic in the tray.
300g pinto beans
200g pulled pork
56g shredded cheese
1000 calorie meal right there
lotta protein, lotta fiber, moderate amount of fat and carbs, gonna have a lot of flatulence but it was tasty. no picture but pork and beans aren't exactly photogenic to begin with huh.
>>819886Keep us posted about your bowel movements.
>>819892There are roughly two different approaches to making fried rice:
- Coat the rice with a lot of fat and start frying at medium to high heat.
- Gradually add everything else.
or
- Start with stir-frying meat or other protein-rich foods at the highest heat.
- Add any crunchy vegetables.
- Add aromatics and other ingredients like onions towards the end.
- With the heat still on pour in a moderate amount of sauce (soy, mirin, spicy bean paste), oil (this would be a good opportunity for sesame oil) and scramble in auygh.
- Finally mix your rice into the liquid and silently pray you're stirring fast enough to coat all of the rice before it sticks to the pan.
The latter is what i think is more traditionally associated with stir-frying and an approach you should definitely try if you haven't yet.
