Ants and bees dont have a society or ideology in the same way humans do. Humans are able cooperate with complete strangers due to shared cultural identities. In comparison these insects operate as large family units where all the workers and queens share 75% of their DNA which makes self-sacrifice for the colony evolutionarily advantageous.

They aren't communist, but ants, bees and termites are the only animals other than humans which do labour. Ants have it the best out of any insect tbh, they live for a long time, always have food, and have loads of friends to have fun with. There will be ant communism when they are uplifted.

There are actually a lot of examples of ants working with others outside of their immediate family, or even across species (though only through 'slavery'). Out of any animal other than human I think ants would have the easiest time understanding "universal rights". Remember humans didn't have human rights until recently, before then we had citizenship only for the people in one country.
