You might find that she "fakes it" and doesn't believe sincerely. If you find that she does believe sincerely it will be easy enough to slowly probe her about it. Don't go full neckbeard and start spitting on her sky daddy and her book of israelite war crimes, but take it slow, ask small conversational questions that force her to think critically. Maybe one question a day. Don't like rain down questions on her, that strikes people as annoying. And make sure you ask them when they fit the conversation. And don't make them loaded questions like "why do you believe in West-Asian Iron Age fairy tales"; make them thoughtful questions that don't come with any hostile assumptions attached. Be wise and inquisitive.
