why dont the bourgeois build any monuments? it was way more expensive to build shit like pic related in antiquity whereas you could probably do it in less than a year with modern technology while making it look way better, plus it would be a great display of power

when they do invest in infrastructure its always the cheapest shit imaginable, youd think theyre all poor or something but these porkies are the richest people in human history. tf is wrong with them?
