Implying that I’d understand more by listening. Also, I’m an ESL, so English obviously won’t help me there - though I doubt I’d have trouble finding an audio version of any work by Marx or Engels in Russian.

I remember reading the Gospel of Thomas and getting through more than half of it (which is bad, considering it literally takes half an hour to read – or an hour if you analyze and Google every other quote). I keep meaning to finish it, but I just never get around to it. I’ll probably have to start over from the beginning, since I don’t remember a thing.
