I hated it.
An insipid, puerile, cheap, manipulative pile of hollowed-out ventriloquist-esque, lifeless, performative emotional puppetry.
It had potential. The idea is cool, the visuals were ok. The initial meetings between Grace and Rocky were interesting but as soon as they got the "humorous" Patton Oswald imitator computer voice it was insufferable garbage.
The emotional cues are about as subtle as an elephant painted as a clown hitting you in the face with a brick.
Easily manipulated simpletons probably cried when the movie commanded them to do so. That very quality is what reeked of manipulation and inauthentic emoting to me. Like "This is the scene where we make the audiencd cry, can you hear the crying music? That means you're sad and now you cry. Please begin."
Pathetic.
