it doesn't matter how evil a particular capitalist is, systems contain many moving pieces all of them dependent on each other. the master is nothing without his minions, allies, and auxiliaries

oscar wilde would say that the worst capitalist is the nice capitalist. the one who gives to charity and tries to give his workers raises. by doing so he prevents the evil of the system from being fully realized.

another person might say that the most evil capitalist is the small capitalist, because he has to squeeze more surplus value out of his small workforce to be able to compete with the big capitalists and their huge systemic advantages without going bankrupt, and so he actually exploits his workers at a higher rate, while using his relative poverty compared to other capitalists as an excuse to do so.

another person might say that the middle manager is worse than the capitalist, because the middle manager directly disciplines the workers and enforces the system in the way that the distant capitalist who sits idly on the board of directors cannot, and not only that, the middle manager does so without themselves being a capitalist, making them a class traitor, and not just any kind of class traitor, but the kind of class traitor whose reward was barely worth it. much like how the whip cracking overseers of Haiti were sometimes taken from the ranks of the slaves.

Another person might focus entirely on what shocks and disgusts normal people. The most evil capitalist would therefore be the one who uses their wealth to rape and eat people on their private island for example.

So it seems a subjective question based on one's personal outlook.
