It isn’t specific to Asian women, coming from a third world country myself, I can say without a doubt that most of the non-white world is obsessed with white people and consciously or unconsciously places them at the top. A white convert to Islam is treated far better than a non-white convert, that’s simply how it works.(When I was young, stories would go viral on facebook about white celebrities converting to Islam, it was treated as major news. nobody gave a shit about a black American converting). That is also why Turkish series became such a hit, to my country and so much of the muslim world they were white and Muslims. This applies to both men and women who are not white. Perhaps it stems from a combination of Western dominance and ideas dating back to the pre-colonial era.
I would say that Asian women just have greater access to white people, for others there are usually cultural or religious barriers.
