Honestly it's surprising to me how complicated rich trans women will make it–especially the ones that start calling themselves "transsexuals"–when the rest of us get decent results with just HRT. I could see this hip thing being a cherry on top measure if it turns out to be reliably safe to do, but like, human dimorphism is pretty much just hormone driven. You can pass with just that.
