No way. ½channers scream for genocide constantly. Sitewide most threads contain some unsolicited seething over transgender or Indian people. Any mention of an armed conflict, natural disaster, or violent crime is inevitably met with "i hope they all fucking kill eachother and everyone dies". What is more reactionary than that? Now, if you want to say that ½chan's venting only leads to the occasional mass shooting whereas Reddit propaganda has far-reaching political consequences… Sure, but only because they temper their messaging which requires being less reactionary.

If you want a similar shaped site without being as cognitopoisonous, you could try lemmy. I can't speak much praise of it since I never really understood the reddit format, though.

They're both places that encourage a catharsis driven approach to politics, and are thus foundationally reactionary. However much more one is than the other is just extra.
