Tatsuya doesn't care about logic, reason, or plot. He is very likely pumping these out with some kind of uncensored AI. He calls the series "reimagining villains" so that is the main theme. It started with that one where he made fun of Disney for putting out live action movies that reimagined its female villains as heroes. He used that as a segue to say "why are they afraid to do that with Hitler"? Since then, the past
314 (wow) strips have been on that "series." Sometimes throughout this "series" he will stay with a "plot" for 10 or so strips, then just drop it abruptly and transition to something that is adjacent but not quite the same, or completely interrupt the flow and continuity of the currently plot with a "beat" that is on the same timeline, but seems awkward to insert, or violates the "logic" (to the extent that it even existed) of some previous strip, as you are pointing out here. The "goblin" arc started with a goblin who was a traditional fantasy goblin killing a faerie. It riffed off of that for a few strips, then suddenly the traditional fantasy goblins on foot became flying goblins trying to immigrate illegally into Germania. After that the flying goblins became skeleton goblins hooked into the spinal cords of Soviet soldiers. So he's just "riffing" on the Goblin theme from any and all possible perspectives, as long as it serves as some kind of pro-Nazi anti-communist metaphor.
