I don't know, for complicated topics like this I tend to avoid them or if it's large enough issue I will study it for a long enough time to formulate an opinion. For example if you were to ask me about the 'right to life', I would just say I'm antinatalist (especially without explaining) because I had thought about it for a long enough time to conclude that people ought not to reproduce. But if parents do reproduce, and the child is conceived and the mother doesn't abort it until later then I would have a problem with that because you're throwing away another human life. If it's underdeveloped I think you could make a strong enough case for abortion.
