when i was a kid i was in a blockbuster video one night and i suddenly heard a very loud engine vroom followed by a deafening crash from just outside and everyone ran outside to see what it was and i saw this muscle car completely smashed against a crash barrier and this guy crumpled up in the road who went through the windshield and got absolutely pulverized and smeared across the road, he looked like he had been crushed in a trash compactor and i could smell the feces from his ruptured bowels. i remember in the early internet when rotten.com became this legendary thing that certain edgelord boys in school would talk about it didn't have the effect on me that it had on them, there wasn't anything edgy or exciting or novel about it to me, it was just an unpleasant reminder of what i already knew. i think sheltered boys/manboys get excited about this stuff only because it's not really real to them.
