if incels cared as much about making friends and socializing with no strings attached as women do then they wouldn't have this problem. if you dont get to know someone then you wont ever develop a relationship. it has nothing to do with any kind idealistic inherent value theory, and everything to do with the fact that men just feel like the need to make lots of connections is "unnecessary". this is because until recently men only had to provide their worth through labor and an unearned sense of importance. a man could be as much of as abusive asshole as he wanted and he could still get a wife as long as he had a job. now that a woman actually has to like you to feel attracted to you (and you can still get away with being an asshole if you're attractive, but this also applies to women so it's not exactly unfair), instead of just learning how to be likable they will instead isolate themselves and complain that it's someone else's fault they never meet people.
