Taking it at complete face value, it's bullshit. The guy might be Norwood 9000 or whatever but if he's not a weirdo that woman is well within his reach. It's just the karen from HR physiognomy and they look the same age.
On the sexual dimorphism level, yeah women don't develop such intense signs of middle age, it's basic endocrinology my friend. There's an amazing way to fix that but other people don't really like it.
