It is a fact that you get smarter the further left you lean, and since aliens are able to build
saucers, they’re way smarter than us, not to mention space time dilation meaning they progress
faster than us.

Depends. The Reptilians aren't communist.
It's hard to imagine how aliens could achieve space travel while still having a class society, since the barriers are so high. That doesn't mean it's impossible though. A lot of true things are hard for us to imagine. Also aliens are likely to be radically different from us in the way they are organized. Our ideas about social classes and division of labor may not apply to like an insectoid hivemind.
