>>2444113 472 posts and 129 image replies omitted.>>2446097I don't care about any of that though I'm directly responding to the post I quoted??
The opinion of some TradSoc weirdo doesn't matter to me.
>>2446098wdym? I think it's an interesting question: is the idea of women's incarceration rates matching men indicative of oppression against women? or that we're trending closer towards equality? because at least from where I see it, most of the explanation for the increasing incarceration rates for women is due to drugs, prostitution, and shoplifting? in which case, it just seems like women are displaying more agency in their economic situation and as a result are showing up more in the crosshairs of the pigs. whereas previously most drug dealers would've been male as women were actively excluded from "street life", now more women are getting busted for such crimes. is that women being victimized, or women finally being treated as equal under the hypercapitalist meat grinder?
>>2446099>Dawg bourgeois feminism still affects and influences regular working feminists and working women in general.>In general they just tolerate reactionary thought with very rare exceptions, in the name of letting their voice still be heard.i wasn't talking about bourgeois feminism or defending it.
this whole conversation started because someone was showing support for a right wing grifter who pretends to be communist and I showed a clip of him basically implying women shouldn't get to vote and basically should just obey their husbands/fathers like they do in the "traditional societies"
then I got hit with a bunch of false equivalencies as if 1st world women are all bourgeois girlbosses who benefit from imperialism and therefore hating 1st world women is the same as loving 3rd world women when that's clearly retarded and has nothing to do with wtf I was talking about
and then a bunch of other unrelated posters who weren't even in the original conversation showed up without reading or absorbing any context and just want to argue with me about how womens' rights aren't being rolled back enough to "warrant concern" as if womens' issues don't overlap with working class issues or imperialism issues (even though they clearly do because most women are working class and globally most women live in countries that are targeted by US imperialism)
like wtf? how are people confused like this? (don't reply if you're still confused or didn't feel like reading my whole post)
>>2446101>drugs, prostitution, and shoplifting? in which case, it just seems like women are displaying more agency in their economic situationhow the fuck is drug addiction and becoming so desperate that you resort to prostitution a sign of increased "agency"?
it's just a sign of poverty and drug addiction which is a class issue as well a womens' issue. it can be both at once. venn diagrams n shit.
>>2446100From interacting with them, men having the ability to consent is extremely problematic and will use lying, abuse, and group pressure to try and over come this.
Men are to be a tool for them.
>inb4 projectingI know this is how the patriarchy is suppose to push it, but it seems like they get an understanding of the patriarchy, and the problem they have isn't that there's oppression, but that it isn't women doing it.
>>2446102I've been just replying to that image, since I've been thinking about this stuff every day for a year and it's been driving me insane.
I try personal cbt but I hit ideological limits that would require a complete shift in thinking – like was the bear debate a slap in the face for caring about women, or are women a hurt animal where I logically expect them to bite, (that point I have to wonder if that infantizes women, and also that thinking is the foundation for the predatory male feminists) – other wise I just think feminism has been liberalized and they're now pink Hitlers, and they plus other "progressives" constantly defend and promote reactionary thinking with women.
Last wall of defense in the thinking going off the rails is worrying of the possibility of being a Hinkle.

>>2446266unfortunately every political movement that has ever attempted to achieve socialism disagrees with you and historical evidence holds more weight than your imaginary cope over what "real socialism" should look like
>>2446276>unfortunately every political movement that has ever attempted to achieve socialism disagrees with youPast tense
>weight than your imaginary cope over what "real socialism" should look likeI’m simply saying what Marx has stated. Only the proletariat can defend the proletariat. Not an occupying police and it’s similarly occupying alternatives.
