Is there an extended version of the meme "chad goes back in time to kill marx" only for him to go back to the future realizing nothing changed with marx laughing in the background. I am pretty sure I have seen it somewhere or I made it up
>>2517256Interesting. it literally is. I put the original martin scorsese photo into a faceswap AI on huggingface, then took the output and typed the text over it in paint.net. it looks like other people have had similar ideas but what astounds me is how they got seemingly the exact same output. The second one says "six hours ago" and just looks like a repost of what I posted here…. which is weird that it spread so fast. If you don't believe me that's fine. It was literally a throwaway idea I had.
>>2517256the closest match is the second one which is the repost of mine made one hour after I posted it here. which makes me think that twitter account lurks here.
the other ones are this, which if you zoom in is a different AI output than the one I made, arguably better looking than the one I made.

idk why people who make /isg/ slop like this don't understand that flashing a bunch of long posts on screen faster than people can read them is bad editing. Either I pause and read your screenshots one by one, destroying the momentum of the editing, or I ignore what's actually on screen and don't know wtf is going on and just hear a bunch of music.

Some anti-Haz agitprop, edited from
https://lefty.pictures/post/view/27407. It took way longer than it should have, mostly because GIMP sucks fucking balls and behaves like a program from 1995.
It might be a bit obscure, but the joke is that everything Marx is holding is a Chinese version of something Haz said he would ban. On the right is obviously Black Myth Wukong, a famous Chinese video game. On the left is a plush of Klee from Genshin Impact, which technically also covers video games, but is used here to represent anime, because it's very much of that style. The app on his phone is Baidu Tieba, which is the Chinese counterpart to Reddit in the same way BiliBili is their equivalent to Youtube. I'm considering making a version that makes this more blatant, although explaining the joke would definitely make it less funny.
I really tried to capture Haz's likeness with the Feraljak based off him. I don't know if anyone else has pointed this out yet, but he's weirdly wall eyed, and it makes him look mentally impaired. He's also got massive fucking lips. I'd feel bad making fun of his appearance if he weren't such a massive fucking asshole to everyone else.
>>2654762But anon, haz's stuff about banning anime or making one last marvel movie where all the characters commit ritual suicide/get mowed down by machine guns are some of his funniest bits. Why would you make this meme making fun of a funny joke when there's so many other things to target him for?
>>2654820Is it a bit though? He's said on his Xitter that he wasn't joking, and I'm inclined to believe him.
>>2654762I support gunning down your anime figurines
>>2654762>picreltaken out of context
marx is actually discussing liberals, not communists:
<The Say-Ricardo school is hypocritical in not admitting that it is precisely whim and caprice which determine production. It forgets the “refined needs”, it forgets that there would be no production without consumption; it forgets that as a result of competition production can only become more extensive and luxurious. It forgets that, according to its views, a thing’s value is determined by use, and that use is determined by fashion. It wishes to see only “useful things” produced, but it forgets that production of too many useful things produces too large a useless population. Both sides forget that extravagance and thrift, luxury and privation, wealth and poverty are equal.https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1844/manuscripts/needs.htmso he is criticising markets for producing "useless people" according to the order of consumption. capitalism can provide luxuries, but not necessities, in the manner which it is theoretically supposed, since its own theory contradicts the notion of social utility.
>>2655546I don't own anime figurines. I mostly stopped watching anime by the time I was in high school, and generally find it cringe now. The point is that Haz's weird poverty worship has nothing to do with anything any committed Marxist has ever said or done.
>>2655609You hate Haz because Haz is bazed.
>>2655611I hate Haz because he's an idealist revisionist interested in uplifting the American people "spiritually", not materially. Anyons who has so much as skimmed Lenin, or has even glanced at China in the past decade, could easily tell you that socialism is about material prosperity, about providing people with tangible things that make their lives observably better. It is most definitely not an Andrew Tate LARPer's productivist theocracy.
>>2655714ACP wants automation and production to work less. You produce more to eat more. Understand?
>>2655740>You produce more to eat more. Understand? No. That makes zero sense.

>>2660722it depends on how you view the american civil war, but abraham lincoln is often seen as the true father of the nation, unifying the colonies into a single federal concept. marx himself views the american revolution as expressly bourgeois, while the civil war is proletarian (1867):
<As in the 18th century, the American war of independence sounded the tocsin for the European middle class, so that in the 19th century, the American Civil War sounded it for the European working class. https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1867-c1/p1.htmand of course, marx and friends sent lincoln a letter of support (1865):
<We congratulate the American people upon your re-election by a large majority. If resistance to the Slave Power was the reserved watchword of your first election, the triumphant war cry of your re-election is Death to Slavery.https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/iwma/documents/1864/lincoln-letter.htmlincoln himself came from a humble background, and in his own writings, emphasised labour over capital in priority, yet, he defends rights of property (1861):
<Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. Capital has its rights, which are as worthy of protection as any other rights.https://www.cooperative-individualism.org/lincoln-abraham_on-labor-and-capital-1861.htmof course, this was not controversial of contemporary bourgeois thought, considering the political economists of this time largely viewed labour as the source of value, including benjamin franklin (1729; who marx sees as an early pioneer of the theory of value), an architect of the american revolution, even drafting the declaration of independence (1776).
lincoln himself, while supporting the abolition of slavery in the US, was not yet fully recognising of the full rights of the negro as citizen, maintaining his membership in the "american colonization society" (1816-1964) which planned to deport freed slaves back to africa, including drafts of a colony in panama, named "lincolnia", and what in all these plans was settled in the region of liberia. lincoln did not desist in these plans of deportation, especially after the emancipation proclomation (1863) was authorised by executive order, but continued in this rhetoric during the war. there was also lincoln's compromise with the "district of columbia compensated emancipation act" (1862) which compensated unionist slave owners with $300 ($10,000 today) per slave freed. so, lincoln was not john brown (1800-1859) who died for the cause of abolition. would you then consider the american civil war (1861-1865) as the pretext for a revolution of its own (e.g. the 13th, 14th and 15th constitutional ammendments, along with reconstruction)? especially where it pertains to the industrial north beating the feudal south, it seems fitting for this transformation of the mode of production as a bourgeois victory.

>>2661043yes, otherwise nobody would buy the Congolese products, which are mostly export oriented.
The problem isn't wage differential as much as the fact that wages are collapsing everywhere-we are in a deindustrialization vicious feedback loop
>But if we have communism we can industrialize the Congo without them having to export to the WestYes, and if we have communism we can stop genocides in Gaza, and everyone would be tight and fuckable and there will be no disappointing sex. But we dont have it yet
>>2661958>labour-power doesnt affect wages>dumbasswhy are you insulting me when you have literally never read marx?
>The value of labour-power [i.e. expressed as the wage] is determined by the value of the necessaries of life habitually required by the average labourer.https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1867-c1/ch17.htmthus, the greater the cost of the reproduction of the worker, the higher his wage will be, which accounts for different states of social productivity (obviously):
<The average intensity of labour changes from country to country; here it is greater, there less. These national averages form a scale, whose unit of measure is the average unit of universal labour. The more intense national labour, therefore, as compared with the less intense, produces in the same time more value, which expresses itself in more money.https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/1867-c1/ch22.htm >>2663182Could someone overlay this onto a flashing background of the faces of politicians, businessmen, and other parasites?

>>2663705>But now it does not look like she is looking at the ChudIt does tho
>Its a personal preference but I never used it for lighting I always used it to show what direction a character was lookingLight reflections don't indicate where someone is looking, they indicate where the light source reflects off the object. >>2668150If you're going with a flowchart you should make it have more branches and be less of a cyclical model. Each "step" needs alternatives and off ramps based on the particular material conditions.
>>2668150This is pretty good, decently accurate in terms of revolutionary events I think. Imo the jump between 3 and 4 is a bit stark, like there could be a step there about the ruling class' ability to functionally govern breaking down, contender classes stepping in to take over, usually those higher classes disfavored in the current regime leading up to a ignition moment, where a last ditch attempt to reform the current system gets crushed by those in power, which then leads to a revolutionary civil war. Also the step 12, "betrayal" is unnecessary and a bit subjective language compared to the rest of the chart, saying the leadership bureaucratizes already covers that.
