Hey everyone. We do not come here lightly and it is with a heavy heart that we come to you and ask for monetary assistance. Not for ourselves but for a dear friend of ours who was arrested Tuesday February 24th 2026 by the police.

Sometime in November of 2025, not long after the Kirk assassination, our friend allegedly got into a conflict on Instagram with a right wing influencer, Kaitlin Bennet, when she visited their city. In this conflict he allegedly referenced Kirk's assassination and that was enough for her to take these as threats on her life and call the police on him and an investigation was conducted where they allegedly found evidence of plans to harass Bennet next time she visits their City.

He never threatened to hurt or kill her, but they live in one of the most conservative areas in the the country where stochastic terrorists like Bennet can get away with whatever and sic the police on political dissidents.

We spoke with the detective handling his case and he informed me that the state is only seeking probation for him, but as many of you know we live in a tiered justice system and the first hurdle in that justice system is bail bonds. Despite the state not seeing him as dangerous and not seeking to put him in prison or charge him with a felony they set his bail to $20K with his first court date being March 31st.

We will have to go the bail bondsman route which means we need $2k to pay the bail bondsman and get him out of jail. Or somehow raise the full $20k. Past this our friend will need assistance with court fees, lawyer fees, living and eating expenses, and more.

My friend Erik has been experiencing housing instability for over 8 months now living out of a motel in the area. He just landed a full time position 2 weeks ago and was finally going to see some stability in his life which makes the timing of all this incredibly tragic. The sooner we get him out of jail and back to his job the less disruptive this will be to his life.

His dog Jax was also taken to a local animal Shelter by the police and he has 10 days to claim him and if he does not claim Jax then Jax might be put down. Suffice to say he cannot claim Jax while in jail.

Is hurting the feelings of fascists, cops, and feds illegal in Florida? If that were the case then my files alone would determine my future arrest without me even having to say another word. That would mean if I lived in Florida I would have to be in active hiding. I'm used to living in cities that the red state's call "soft on crime, too liberal". Security culture never really meant "hiding your beliefs", but if that is becoming the new standard, only young people who have had limited online presence can hide in the open, which would also entail that those of us who have put ourselves out there over the years must go into physical hiding. I've already considered this reality for years, but I didn't realize we were now arriving at it's shores.

I always viewed security culture as, avoiding "hey me and went to the protest, cops attacked us so we _, and did " and in place saying nothing, or instead "At this protest the cops attack people, and people responded by and __". Security culture is not completely shielding your beliefs from the public view, like the Christians of the ancient days under Rome. Security culture doesn't even promote not using militant leftist language in public, it promotes avoiding incriminating language, but it's current standard isn't going to defend anybody if the state can avoid the criminal realm of physical activity, and instead start pre-crime arresting people. Seeing as "racially extreme leftists" are labeled #1 threat in USA right now, I expect this at some point. The thing is, when it comes to agitprop and language, you get louder in the face of this, not silent. The purpose of agitators is not to simmer their voice down because they're afraid of death, jail. Not every leftist has to be in the revolutionary agitator role though, there's room for many temperaments and many tasks.

My bad wrong person. I'd like to also point out that the main bulk of the operations and raids against anarchists in the PNW under Obama came from humint. Lawyers discovered physical constant surveillance of anyone who publicly promoted Anarchism in person, through exchange of words, and literature. Just using this as an example of how deep surveillance can run in organizing space, even without technology. I think the raid was in response to Anarchists / Marxists who organize with them being one of the main actors in attacking the liberalism within their respective occupy movements, turning the west coast occupations into explicit anti-capitalist movements. Through observing these real life organizing efforts, rather than through the internet, is where most of this intelligence gathering was done.

Reminds me of the anarchist that wrote an editorial in France 1900s late 1800s. He wasn't about that life, yet took credit for a lot of the acts of the illegalists in his writing style. When the paris state began hunting those illegalists down, and had forced hundreds into court, he began to quickly distance himself from them; there was one problem. One of the illegalists who liked his paper, and visited his printing press had left a browning 9mm for him; the police retrieved it in the raids. So his legal attempts to distance language and expression from intent, and action did not hold. Clearly a targeted attack, I follow him on IG he's been incredibly active in anti-ICE organizing and all of her YouTube videos from the last 3 months (which she says she can't do as per the arrest record) are targeting anti-ICE protests.
