Capitalist countries does not mean imperialist. imperialist countries and their colonies and semi-colonies are different. Iran is capitalist. Amerika is imperialist. Liberated thirdworld capitalist nations like Iran have sucessfully crushed their labor aristocracy and social fascists. This never happen in any imperialist country.

The white feather campaign kind of worked when there were totally hegemonic ideas about masculinity and the duty you have to a country. It functioned as a useful shame campaign for the powers that be. Things have shifted.

See the black feather could be recuperated as “badass”. Like what’s it trying to say? It’s like handing out shirts of the grim reaper to a demographic that still finds that stuff cool.

I think a better bet is a social media campaign. Call it something like #DoItForJeff, replace “Jeff” with other figures who support the war. Come up with some simple slogans: “Iran fucked around and now it’ll find out. #DoItForJeff”

Alternative figures that could be useful are #DoItForLindsey; Lindsey Graham is a great figure to associate with this war: he’s a 70+ year old closeted gay guy, no kids and no family to speak of. #DoItForBibi; he’s a foreign guy and looks evil.

War propaganda works best when it elevates the conflict from people to higher ideals. Sell it as a war for “freedom” or “the nation” or what have you rather than fallible humans. You want to invert that messaging to dissuade people: it’s a war for Epstein, for Lindsey Graham, for Alan Dershowitz, for Trump, for Bibi. So on.

You want to create a subconscious trigger for people, so when they see war propaganda they just imagine Lindsay bouncing his old freckled (“ladybugs”) ass on some dick and asking them to die for him.
