Aesthetic and rhetorical differences.

IRL organizing in radical spaces isn't much better, but at least you will find comrades who have a sense of how to speak to proletarian and lumpenproletarian people on the same level as them, that is if they aren't infiltrated by feds and arrested, or god forbid ANOTHER FUCKING RAPE SCANDAL!

Direct action has to be incredibly calculated and restrained. Propaganda of The Deed is supposed to *inspire,* so we need to choose our targets wisely. Luigi had the right idea, and his sacrifice brought the conept of revolutionary violence along class lines back into mainstream consciousness.

The trouble is that for every Luigi, there are multiple Elias Rodriguez's, or Turtle Island Liberation Fronts, or the multiple people who have set fire to their workplaces and gotten caught. Or Thomas Crooks, or Tyler Robinson.

Of all those, the only one that peopl remember is Luigi, and that's cause he was hunting Big Game- people who are already reviled.

It's an incredibly sacrifice, and incredibly risky, and difficult. Choosing targets right is essential. Groups are prone to being infiltrated or surveilled upon, so lone wolves are oddly enough more effective in the present days,

Some people will inevitably take matters into their own hands, and it's important that they be adequately prepared, and adept at their tactics.

Then there is the orange man. I have no doubt that if someone put him in the grave, the world would celebrate, and it could possibly mobilize the radical elements even in american society to revolt.

Most will fail, we have seen that with the recent guy at the correspondents pork dinner.

I can't even remember his name, it is difficult to keep track of them at this point, and that is not an entirely bad thing. Whether they succeed or not, my heart goes out to the people who take the struggle to its logical ends, risking their lives and freedom in the process.

Maybe people who are already marginalized, maybe even have experience with state repression, but more importantly- skills, resources, and access- will step up and do something awe inspiring.

One can only hope.

You are right about that last point. It is a "good" sign but also signals increased violence and repression on our parts.

It's the system and its contradictions violently working towards their logical conclusion. I am not an accelerationist per se, but I think that accelerationism as a concept is descriptive rather than prescriptive.

I am sympathetic to Hasan because even though he is doing entryism, there is literally a bill in congress to condemn him specifically. He makes the Zios seethe, so I like him, and I think somebody has to do what he is doing, and he is still constrained by law, the media, and public sentiment.

I agree with most of your take but FYI Hasan is sheepdog posing as a radical whose purpose is to herd newbie leftists back into the Democrats; or at the very least lead them to the DSA which is clearly meant to trap in would be radicals. Basically he's a more competent and more well read Agent Kochinski with none of the baggage.

That said, I do not think you have bad intentions and I think your heart is in the right place. If you are, keep doing organizing irl. Also be careful with whatever 'left' wing figures you follow online, and try to keep a distance from internet communist spaces.
