How is Poland supposed to solve its birth rate crisis and low TFR? Now, that in itself wouldn’t be a problem if Poland’s economy wasn’t structured around infinite growth much like any other modern economy, meaning that its industries and GDP per capita will take a toll if it doesn’t solve its birth rate.
Poland already tried subsidised and tax breaks for families, and failed. With Western Europe going south, there goes the stable markets Poland relied on. ATP promoting teen pregnancies and cousin love will be the only way to save themselves from demographic collapse and endless recession because, face it, robots nor AI nor racial/ethnic homogeneity will save that former German colony.

As for industrial capacity, it's not true that no new industrial infrastructure or factories have been built. Less people are employed in industry and a lot of former industrial towns are rotting, but industry itself is doing fine, Poland is Germany's backyard for subcontractor work.
