Americans will do anything except eat like actual human beings.

Most fruits are actually still on the low end in terms of fibre content, which is a good thing, since too much of it damages your intestines. More importantly while fruits have tons of vitamins, you will still need to eat enough meat, dairy and/or legumes, so your body doesn't cannibalize itself for protein.

My body is a machine, that turns nutrients into energy and not dying.

i'm too cheap to get a lot of fruit or meats, so right now i'm on more on a cereal-based asian-fusion diet with cheese and oatmeal here and there
