Andrew Callaghan's Channel 5 is looking pretty good on that front. They even did reportings on UK happenings recently.
In itself it's an informative but very gimmicky or high-concept documentary channel with wacky adult swim editing but coupled with a 24/7 news broadcast it could be incredibly efficient to spread our ideas. He also have good interviews. Worth looking into imo.
