Again, the point I will always make, humans are animals, there have been human ethnicities literally isolated for tens of thousands of years, there is no logical reason why intelligence or behaviour would not be affected by different genes and hormone distribution like they are in literally every other species of animal. Humans, relative to other creatures, haven't even been that isolated, our chemistry has been extremely fluid, and even then we've gone through some relatively extreme bottlenecks (the most significant that happened to our earliest ancestors lasting around 100,000 years) with the later ones closer to the emergence of homo sapiens making us even more closely related to each other.

I've discussed at length the differences physically that can arise by ancestry (not to say absolutely), but there's no proof or basis for the existence of significant or notable behavioral differences at a general level between groups of "differing" ancestries. Even what you're saying betrays itself, because if it's significantly vaired enough within all populations, it makes no sense to then draw from that the idea that there is a general behavioral consensus within a population that is genetic. And if you want to continue to believe otherwise and that there should be because it "just should be" without any evidence or proof, I've got a bundle of internally consistent religions to sell you.
