if you don't reside or pay taxes in a country you shouldn't have a vote in its elections. You only get to vote for a government whose laws you're obligated to follow. You should also not be allowed to vote in more than one country's elections. No gusanos shitting up their old home's elections and still shtting up ours at the same time.
