The nukepill is the hardest thing to accept. Nukes aren't real. It's impossible to create a chain reaction like that even with "refined" material. That's why once nukes started to get into the range of "so big that we couldn't physically make enough TNT to simulate it" all the tests went underground and were hidden, then simulated with computers. There were never any nukes, it was all just a big back and forth of propaganda to keep populaces of america and russia in line post-WW2, and now the world pretends they exist to try to stop world powers from fighting while they mongrelize every population into servile drones with no history or class consciousness. Nukes aren't real. Wake the fuck up and stop being paralyzed by fear before you lose your whole nation, culture, and history. That means everyone, everywhere, not just one group of people.

well, there goes my anarchist commune MAD plan.

>while they mongrelize every population into servile drones with no history or class consciousness
why does every paranoid rant inevitably lead into reactionary babbling

>one, the actual potential damage a nuke can deal geometrically scales down with displacement from the initial blast zone
This is an observable fact, nukes much like every other bomb in existence have a point where the pressure created from the blast is fucking worthless(this is also why most bomb raids consist of dozens of not thousands of bombs at a bare minimum) past a specific displacement. The total pressure a nuke creates from its origin to the radius where pressure falls to near zero can be found using p/1-common ratio between pressure per m of displacement and unsurprisingly a very low amount of pressure is experienced from the edge of the blast radius vs the center. Not to mention under KMT the radiation a nuke can create is BOTH exponentially and geometrically falling with displacement because
<as established prior a nukes pressure and hence potential energy it gives off in the form of radiation falls at a geometric rate with displacement
<and waves in general become exponentially weaker with displacement an object is from the source of the vibration

Both factors make the radiation not an immediate threat if not extremely close to contact with the initial blast. This is where you have that nip from the Fukushima incident stating he wouldn’t give a shit if he got hit again by the explosion

>two nukes much like all other projectiles can be shit down

This goes without saying that AT and Anti projectile tech has come a long ass way while nuclear weapons haven’t evolved much from the 60s, not to mention even back then there were plenty of technologies that were designed specifically for the purpose of blowing those missiles out of the sky long before they hit anything(this is also why the internet exists) it would take no less than 15 minutes for your standard nuclear missile to reach its destination and at that point citizens mayve either already been evacuated or the missile would’ve been shot down. The only tech that exists that potentially counteract this are hypersonic missiles and even those are still in their testing phase

>"On 21 May 1946, with seven colleagues watching, Slotin performed an experiment that involved the creation of one of the first steps of a fission reaction by placing two half-spheres of beryllium (a neutron reflector) around a 3.5-inch-diameter (89 mm) plutonium core. The experiment used the same 6.2-kilogram (13.7 lb) plutonium core that had irradiated Harry Daghlian, later called the "demon core" for its role in the two accidents. Slotin grasped the upper 228.6 mm (9-inch) beryllium hemisphere[16] with his left hand through a thumb hole at the top while he maintained the separation of the half-spheres using the blade of a screwdriver with his right hand, having removed the shims normally used. Using a screwdriver was not a normal part of the experimental protocol."
At 3:20 p.m., the screwdriver slipped and the upper beryllium hemisphere fell, causing a "prompt critical" reaction and a burst of hard radiation.
