Also, western parents do force kids to eat their greens.
Also, being a picky eater isn’t always about hating vegetables just because of taste.
Certain foods do have textures that feel offensive to the teeth and tongue
People forget that the major aspect of edible food is texture, not just flavor

You can get used to the texture by just eating it enough, childrens being picky is a normal behavior that can be explained by the human need to avoid dangerous food, but with time, as they see that the food isn't dangerous they become less picky.
Feeding a picky child is a tedious and annoying task, and it's easier to make them eat nuggets or whatever easy and tasteless food. But it's not good for them child.

Ultimately, even the people you love will probably not be able to help you as much as you need - they have their own problems. You have to try to help yourself as much as you can. That can be by accessing welfare or advocating for your own health and getting access to medications/therapies that will help. Or you can do the normie way and get a job and try save your pennies. The point is that wallowing in despair isn't going to achieve anything. Yes autism is a disability and we shouldn't lose sight of that but it's also part of what makes us who we are, and it's perfectly valid to have 'neurodivergent pride' or whatever.
