It makes sense that you’d feel unsettled by something as vast and difficult to explain as existence itself, and you don’t necessarily need to know exactly why you’ve felt this way in order for that feeling to be real. Sometimes we spend so much energy trying to understand what is wrong with us that we forget we are allowed simply to be human. We are naturally uncertain, sensitive, tired, curious, and still becoming. You don’t have to force yourself to love existence all at once. Sometimes wisdom is just learning to make a little room for yourself within it, one moment, one relationship, or one small source of meaning at a time.

This existence is temporary and could end at any moment and could end for the dumbest reason. But most people will live long lives and see a lot of the people close to them die over the years and you have to just accept it even if it hurts. Often times it's best to just try to not feel anything.
