Canada should cut off the electricity it gives to burgers to show them it means business.

I just want rent controls and price controls on food and fuel.

Ontario School Board is Corrupt.
This explains a lot 2 bee honest.

You know, Canada is America's fastest growing export market over the past 12 years, and it's not even close. If the US were to annex Canada, everything the US "exports" to Canada would no longer count as an export, and that would make it look like the US's exports are going down by several billion dollars, which would be funny given the whole point of tariffs is to increase exports and self-reliance by decreasing imports and reliance on foreign markets

>>2248839
We should just annex the entire world, that way there’s no imports or exports and it’s all one economy with one set of rules and regulations

>>2248889
you kind of did, but then you kept using SWIFT as a bludgeon and being fat greedy fucks so global finance is moving to renmimbi, which is currently hosting 40% of all world trade.

>>2248906
No no, none of that informal shit where it’s a corporation or the financial system, we should declare the US of Earth and invade every country at the same time

>>2248911
I mean you kind of did, but you're also morons so you never accounted for what would happen if you deindustrialised and impoverished your own citizens. Everyone's just waiting for the wheels to come off so we can stop pretending to like you.

>>2248924
Nah between hip hop, rock, jazz, and marvel movies we’ve got world opinion on lock

>be Canadian that’s employed
<forced to work multiple full time jobs plus taking courses for additional training
>be Canadian that’s unemployed
<forced to work multiple volunteer jobs anyways
>be Canadian that’s in custody
<forced to work in penal labour camps
>be Canadian that’s too old to work
<be forced to work after retirement until death
>be Canadian that’s at least rich enough to afford not to work
<too fucking bad, you have to work to maintain your flimsy business as you *only* get a few million at best

At a certain point, why exactly don’t we just force socialism on this country? It’s not like anyone in this shitty country doesn’t work formally and doesn’t have to work even in their own homes unless they’re physically disabled and sometimes not even that is true?

Sorry, here is the source I forgot

>>2248925
I mean you kind of did, but everyone is getting tired of all the boring sample flips, overcompressed covers, AI slop, and zero stakes bloated CGI spectacles with licenced characters instead of plots. the US entertainment industry is squatting on 30 years of nostalgia and consistently fails to innovate or create anything new.

Canada is devoid of any nationalism. Quebec should separate itself and become its own country. English Canada should either become a US state or be directly ruled by Westminster as an overseas territory. Even Belgium is a more real country than Canacuck. Fuck Canada.

A Chinese billionaire is putting a bid to buy out bankrupt HBC is that praxis???

>>2248911
> we should declare the US of Earth and invade every country at the same time
that would go poorly

>>2249047
It would be funny

>>2248975
I think you mean community. There is nationalism, but people here live such sterile, banal, and isolated lives that it’s easy for someone here to forget where they are

>>2249084
That's most Western countries these days though.

>>2249085
Nope

Canada is uniquely isolating. European countries at least have dense urban villages and towns where people can still expect to find things to do outside of working mindlessly. In this shithole, you’ll be lucky to even see someone outside walking for reasons that aren’t fitness related. Otherwise, most people stay indoors for months on end (especially during winters) and largely don’t do anything past working and sleeping all day (I’m not making this up, life here is genuinely that sterile). Small towns are even more egregious with the banality and lack of things to do.

>>2249353
Maybe that explains the seemingly disproportionate number of Canadians who post on the internet. Because they're cooped up inside all the time with nothing else to do.

>>2249358
Dude it’s fucking cold here for eight months of the year or more. It’s not just that this place is fucking boring. There are actual reasons for why people don’t go outside often.

Canada's new elite banker PM is not a real alternative to Trump

>Canada's new Liberal Prime Minister Mark Carney is a center-right banker, not a real alternative to Donald Trump's right-wing agenda. They both serve the interests of rich elites and large corporations. Political economist Radhika Desai analyzes Canada's 2025 election results with journalist and lawyer Dimitri Lascaris.

>Canada is devoid of any nationalism
good, lol, wtf

why is toronto the most racist city on the planet

>>2278812
canada has a pretty federalized government structure
lots of different laws and agencies between provinces and territories
though some things that provincial governments do is funded by the federal government (healthcare, for example)

>>2279993
Is it? I was just visiting with my Black cousin who lives there, she didn't complain anything about that, but she said the economy is horrible and they fuck you over with car insurance because they don't want anyone to drive. She said it's $900 a month for just liability insurance in Toronto. That's fucked.

>>2280008
>they fuck you over with car insurance because they don't want anyone to drive. She said it's $900 a month for just liability insurance in Toronto. That's fucked.
