Related to that is the general racism, xenophobia and nationalism of the reactionary superstructure, which wants to keep America white, and speaking English, which means limiting immigration. Immigration supplied a fresh supply of exploitable workers, but it cost the ruling class political stability and society homogeneity, which they were willing to overlook as long as it divided only the workers and not the ruling calss. But now it has started dividing the ruling class, and they are plugging the flow of immigrants and switching to socially enabling the forced impregnation of women as a policy which they hope will create more ethnically homogeneous and exploitable workers. This has been their open rhetoric for at least 20 years now so I don't know why you think this is just an "unhinged sexual fantasy." I mean it is, but it is
theirs. Just listen to how they talk about restoring the traditional nuclear family and stopping the flow of brown invaders. the only reason so much of the army went over to the bolsheviks was because they were drafted and sick of WW1. here there is no draft, all the soldiers are volunteers, and there is no WW1 against near-peer adversaries, just asymmetrical imperialism. so the crucial element which caused the army to join the bolsheviks is missing. also we have no giant peasantry or semi-feudal conditions.
