Any such movement would have to worry about securing a working class base of support first, which cannot be accomplished via a new slogan or posting. It may require figuring out new methods of helping them organize in the first place, and certainly looking for unconsolidated areas of society where socialism can take root and reproduce its ideology among the proles. A distinct vision is needed for sure, but the message itself and historical curiosities can be figured out along the way, debating whether the USSR deserved to fall or not doesn't get us anywhere.

Now what is the benefit of low fuel costs to the average person compared to the fact that they can't get healthcare, or own a home, or take more than 48 hours off work more than five times a year? Assuming they have a job and aren't already homeless and living in the car they're putting this cheap fuel in.
