glazing religious fanatics is largely by material coincidence because the religious fanatics are the only one opposing american imperialism in the middle east(can't talk about ukraine I don't keep up with that conflict). if there was an actual secular movement against Zionism in the middle east I imagine most of leftypol would support it. but every "secular" movement, like the kurds, yazidis, and arab nationalists just end up serving American-Israeli geopolitical goals as useful idiots, so I understand leftists gravitating to the one group that won't side with the Americans. this is an entertainment website first and foremost. entertaining or interesting posters should be allowed, uninteresting posters should be banned. /leftypol/ was at its most interesting and varied when people of all ideologies were competing to be the funniest and most interesting to win people over to their niche.
