The Venezuelan government never really stood a chance. This is because they are a corrupt capitalist one. The real power lays in the communes and militias, who have the military power in the country. Maduro is pretty much irrelevant compared to the grass roots popular organisations who are pretty much revisionist communists. The Communist Party of Venezuela runs many communes.
What they need to do now is prepare to fight a long-term guerrilla war. They can win this easily even while still being revisionists, what matters is the will of the people to fight. If they adopted Maoist strategies and left behind their revisionism then victory would be certain.
Some useful strategies I have thought of that will be of special effect against the yank pigs: Cut off the testicles of the Yankee soldiers on video and post it to demoralise them. Just general torture and video executions I think would be useful since yanks can't stand it, though the revisionists might be too christcucked to do this. With the wave of refugees that will leave the country, implant some agents that will then conduct terrorist attacks within the U$ borders. Start blowing up skyscrapers in New YorKKK, or just set off bombs in the highest population areas. This kind of action is difficult to stop and will quickly drain the imperialist's will to fight.

We live in a new era. National pride of the 20th century is dead, everyone wants to be America. We are entering a new American golden age after the last 30 years of humiliation. Venezuelan militias will not resist, they will quickly make deals with the US to establish order and stability, especially the cartels will become the de facto government until they can have the opposition "get elected". Iran is the next regime to fall and the people will also be happy to be taken over by us. Iran is not Afghanistan, they will know to keep their heads down and mouths shut when we take over their nation. Russia is next, when we change the regime in Iran, Russia will be the next place to easily fall.

Guerilla warfare works if you have a decent terrain ( to hide ), supplies and somehow manage to constantly disturb enemy lines. But the thing is, now conventional armies can easyly spot guerilla groups via Aerial vehicles, Satellites , Unmanned vehicles and various stuff.
See how Hamas couldn't accomplish anything against the Israeli…
I think guerilla warfare is not that effective anymore, only in places like Afghanistan where it is very hard to establish supply lines it would work well.
