I wrote this last night in response to a reddit post about how things will only get worse.

Moments ago, there was a shooting in the parking lot outside of the motel that I live at. I live in the cheapest possible motel in this city. Despite that, I still have to pay damn near $400 every week, and I've been unemployed for the last couple of months. So you can imagine the struggle of trying to come up with $400 every single week. Time compresses. You stop really thinking about the future. You stop really thinking about the past. You start thinking about the present, the present being how can I get $400—so I can stay housed?
You see, there's a reason that they have everything spaced out. Every two weeks, every month, every six months—just long enough to prevent you from seeing the cycle. When you're at the bottom of the spiral, the cycle compresses and compresses and compresses because paying $400 a week, that's a privilege. That's a blessing. Because you could be paying $75 a night. You do the math, that comes out to more than damn near $400, doesn't it? See, that would be what would happen if you let this spiral compress even more. Let's say one week, you can't make the $380. You've asked everyone you can ask. You've begged everyone you could beg. You've posted online in all the little places you know to post. But you couldn't get the $400. You've only got enough for two nights—maybe three. Maybe you get the $200 special for 3 nights. So now you've got three days to get $200 instead of a week to get $380. Maybe you only have enough to pay for one night. Now you've got 24 hours to make $75.
What happens if you fail? It's a crime to sleep in public. It's a crime to be homeless. You'll be trespassed and that's a whole other obstacle, a whole other issue for you to deal with. The homeless shelters are overcrowded and you don't want to be there anyway. And you can't because you have a pet. The pet's got to eat and you've got to eat every day. So go ahead and add another $10 per day to whatever your cost is.
The spiral compresses.
All of this while you're unemployed. When carbon, and we are all carbon-based life forms, compresses, you get two things. You can either get coal or a diamond—a gemstone. Coal might be ugly, but it's full of fuel. The coal is the will. The diamond might be ugly, but it has to be refined. The diamond is time. It's worth a lot of money. They're both valuable in their own way, both time and will are needed for revolution. No matter how deeply crushed you feel by the spiral, no matter how compressed and compacted things feel, let it be your fuel. Let it form into a gemstone.
Two nights ago, we were handing out Popeyes in that same parking lot where the shooting just happened. How did we get this Popeyes? Local franchisee threw away about 50 pounds worth of freshly fried chicken because it was fried right around closing. And every single person in this motel was fed. We handed out the food. It was impromptu. But it happened. Despite the fact that everyone is facing the spiral, space was made. The only way space can be made is if action is taken. If we don't hand out the chicken, no one gets fed. The time and the will are being forged by the spiral, but only we can create the space, and all three are necessary for revolution.
Think of it like a video game, if you have to. Sometimes I have to do that. I have an objective: survive. If I fail my objective, I don't survive. That doesn't mean the game won't progress to a level where the objective is more than just survival. When time has compressed to such a degree that the future no longer exists, each day drains you. It destroys you, it beats you down, because everything becomes predicated on buying time. But no matter how much time you buy, you could buy a week at a time and die tomorrow. There's no moral to this story. There was just a shooting in the parking lot of the cheapest motel, and I paid my rent today. And thankfully, no one got shot, but I guarantee you that the reason that the gun was fired is because the spiral is collapsing on more and more people. And brother, that's a lot of coal being formed and it's gonna burn hot, and every gem will shine bright.

Women(and their families) refuse to marry anyone that doesn't out-earn them, even in situations where they earn more than enough to support a family on their own. They view it as empowering to not have a mate that doesn't "give" them something of material value, and it's not something men can actually change on their own. So, the reverse happens and men just give up, become pessimists, retreat into their incel bubbles, and complain about women all day, while women complain that the men around them are all "bums" for having a normal job. These men who aren't CEO's or business executives have found themselves in a hopeless situation and their female class-peers just don't see them as worthy of marriage. Of course this isn't applicable to "all" women since the marriage rates are still stable enough, most women still can't help their biological need for companionship and will marry for love. But then you have this huge segment of perpetually-single women and perpetually-single men and literally 90% of the conflict is just that the women haven't adjusted their internal politics to match their external politics. So many of these foids still have outdated views like "the man has to pay for every date" or "the man has to drive" or "the man needs to be assertive and in control at all times" then they go on tiktok and post about how much they hate the bourgeois lmao.
So, in a sense I get why incels have resorted to championing right-wing ideology that promises to rebuild the concept of the family. It's literally their only hope for ever finding love in this lifetime even if it's an incredibly bleak hope resting on literal nazis taking power and forcing women into sex slavery. You can tell them this situation is just momentary and women will "eventually" adjust but a person only has like, 20-30 years at most of being able to start a family.
