What's wrong with that? I thought the left was all about mutual aid? You know some people have genuine mental health issues or severe anxiety/autism that makes it difficult to even do basic daily chores around the house or manage appointments? Reaction is a crazy thing but what it tends to do is artificially suppress contradictions while also aggravating them. It doesn't necessarily end in revolution, like you could just get a catastrophe, but sooner or later the whole thing comes crashing down. If that wasn't the case then there would be no history.

wdym exactly? I've seen way more examples of the latter especially online. throughout my time on 4chan /soc/ there's been basically an endless supply of femcels with severe behavioral or mental health issues seeking affluent men to "fix" them and this is just seen as socially acceptable. meanwhile when a poor autistic man seeks a woman that can "fix" him or at least help him get his shit together, he gets mocked for being a loser, being pathetic, being a manchild, etc both by men and women. this is quite simply not fair. we should not be attacking men for wanting a support structure, the same kind of support structure women seemingly take for granted as a core requirement of any relationship they engage in. when my ex e-girlfriend was having mental breakdowns due to her childhood trauma she could always rely on me to be there for her, and in fact would get quite angry if i wasn't there for her even in the middle of the night when she had nightmares. she was stuck in a perpetual state of emotional adolescence but I still tried to see the good in her and wanted to help her fulfill her potential. but when a man asks the same thing of a partner, it's somehow framed as abuse? why don't people engage in relationships with a desire to grow and help eachother anymore? real life is not like tv, real people have flaws and problems that they need support for, yet modern dating seemingly conditioned people to just drop someone the moment it's no longer convenient.

But my initial post wasn't about people's 4chan shitposts at all but based on my experiences with women from 4chan that I talked to on discord and other platforms.
4chan is just a group therapy place for frustrated nerds to complain about their lives. 95% of stuff you read on there is retarded. But there are still at least real people on there, often posting their real feelings, even if they're delusional. In this era full of AI generated slop I think getting real people's input is valuable. I don't think it's reasonable to discount their experiences entirely just because you don't like their opinions. When you cut through the bullshit oftentimes they have real grievances with the world.

Anyway 4chan is not the only place to meet women, obviously. It's not like this phenomenon of mentally ill women seeking providers/fixers is exclusive to 4chan. I've met at least two just from going to actual group therapy. I was moreso criticizing the common mentality that "loser" men don't deserve love because they need help with things, even though it's totally normalized for loser women to seek well-adjusted men that can fix them. We should be consistent about this and encourage people to help eachother even in relationships.
