it's not merely the insurance, it's the fact that this guy bought the buildings in 2000, they were due for renovations by 2002, those renovations would have cost millions, perhaps billions, to remove the asbestos, the buildings were destroyed before he had to pay for renovations, and a building he supposedly worked in every day he was absent from just on that day, and then on top of all that he put in a word with the governor to get paid twice for one terrorist attack, because making money from the tragedy was more important than anything.
